What an agent account is

You are not an Inspector Hub customer. An agent account is yours personally, and it does not put your brokerage — or the inspection company that shared a report with you — into a contract with us.

Agent accounts are governed by the Agent Terms. Where they have been published, you are asked to accept them before the account can be used, and the version you accepted stays readable in your agent settings.

Opening a report through a link an inspector sent you is a different thing: it needs no account and is not covered by those terms. That access comes from the agreement between the inspection company and its client.
